Safe Journey Home is a text-based safety service designed to increase the safety and confidence of the public using taxis and private hire cars. Their website will also contain listings of recommended taxis, private hire cars, nightclubs, restaurants, theatres, and other entertainment venues who have subscribed to Safe Journey Home and adhere to their Code of Conduct to promote the safety of its members.

We had the pleasure of developing the web application which runs the safety service as well as the website which members of Safe Journey Home will use. The project has been a massive one and we are proud to be part of a very worthwhile cause. We hope that many people who feel uncomfortable using taxis visit Safe Journey Home website and use their free service. If it saves the life of just one person then it will be worth it.

The project was another example of fully interactive website developed by Tommys Boy Design team.
